Toddy 
                        Toddy is a traditional British hot drink. Usually whiskey 
                        is used when making it, but rum is also an excellent substitute. 
                        It is essential, however, that Toddy is served hot.  | 
                    
                     
                      
                           
                            | Ingredients 
                              - | 
                              
                               1/8 litre (4 fl oz/½ cup) hot black 
                              tea    
                               2 sugar cubes    
                               1 piece of cinnamon    
                               2 cloves    
                               1 piece of lemon rind 
                                
                               Jamaica rum/whiskey |

                            | Method 
                              - | 
                             Prepare the tea by brewing in hot 
                              water. Add the spices while the tea is brewing. 
                              Drop sugar cubes into a warmed mug and fill it about 
                              2/3 full of tea; top up with rum or whiskey and 
                              drop in a piece of lemon rind. Serve immediately. |
